CMP Configuration

Your Consent Management Platform must be properly configured to allow HighVibes Media ads to display in compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

This guide covers:

• Adding HighVibes Media as a vendor
• Adding Equativ as a vendor
• Whitelisting required domains for ad delivery
• Testing your configuration

Vendor Configuration

1. Add HighVibes Media GmbH as a vendor

   Register our company in your CMP’s vendor list to ensure proper consent collection.

2. Add Equativ as a vendor

   Add Equativ (formerly SmartAdServer) as a vendor if not already included in your CMP, since we use their infrastructure for ad delivery.

3. Test configuration

   Verify that ads load correctly with user consent.

Domain Whitelisting

Certain domains must be whitelisted in your CMP to ensure ads render and deliver correctly:

CMP Integration Note

Most major CMPs (OneTrust, Cookiebot, etc.) support vendor and domain whitelisting through their admin panels. Contact your CMP provider if you need assistance with the configuration.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

No ads displaying:

• Check that both HighVibes Media and Equativ are added as vendors in your CMP
• Verify all required domains are whitelisted
• Test with user consent granted

High impressions but no clicks:

• This often indicates your CMP is blocking third-party scripts
• Ensure static.highvibes.media is properly whitelisted for script execution
• Check that consent is properly collected for advertising purposes

CMP blocking third-party scripts:

• Verify script-src permissions include HighVibes Media domains
• Check CMP’s third-party script blocking settings
• Ensure advertising consent categories are enabled
